This unique expression of the Sage 5 takes that proprietary theme to the next level with a blade crafted from CPM® SPY27®. Developed exclusively for Spyderco, this American-made stainless steel offers an outstanding balance of toughness, edge retention, and corrosion resistance. The full-flat-ground blade of this knife takes full advantage of these properties and faithfully maintains all the key features of the Sage 5 platform, including a high-strength Compression Lock, nested, skeletonised stainless steel liners, and a reversible deep-pocket wire clip. Its peel-ply-textured G-10 scales also boast a distinctive cobalt-blue colour— one of the signature hues of our CPM SPY27 family.
