Building on the foundation of the already hugely popular G3 Puukko. Following the exact dimensions of the original G3 (length 207mm), the seldom employed, yet superb M390 and titanium handle cut down on overall weight by one ounce. M390, commonly considered as one of the ‘super steels’ and only used once in our Megalodon Titan, combines excellent cutting performance with phenomenal wear resistance allowing this knife to truly step into the realms of the RSK S-series. The exterior, in keeping with Ostap Hel’s passion for sublime aesthetics has a expertly finished bead blasted titanium frame and blade that encompass the whole knife, giving a feeling of precision and uniformity. To build upon the smooth action of the G3, the knife is fitted with a ball bearing system for ease of opening and closing. Compared to the G3, the S3 comes with a completely integrated pocket clip and inlay cutout. The S3 also comes in the regular flipper tab format with a duplex grind blade and front flipper format, with only 600 available for the first batch.
