The black finish means you can whip it out without drawing attention. The knife is sturdy even though its lightweight, however if you're doing construction or bush craft make sure you swap it out for something beefier! It can handle 99% of EDC tasks and is a pleasure in the pocket. Steel is pretty decent, comes sharp too.
